deal with the bandits quest

i'v started PoE not a while ago, and completed Deal With Bandits quest and i believe i'v sided with Lord Alira, only now i found out that if i kill all 3 i'll get 2 skill points book from Eramir.

if i kill Lord Alira, will i get the 2 skill points book from Eramir?

do i have to vendor 20x Orb of Regret&1x Onyx Amulet and give the Book oF Reform to Eramir to get the 2 skill points book?

also Lord Alira gives :

5 Mana Regenerated per second
+20% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier
+15% to all Elemental Resistances

should i even get the 2 skill points book?

Yes you need the book of reform to get a different bandit reward. It's cheaper and more fun to just reroll and save those orbs.
