Argus in all lab setups?

Can Argus be found in all Labyrinth iterations somewhere, or only in Über-Lab? Could it be that he cannot spawn in normal-cruel-merciless? The Wiki (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Argus) just says he can be found in the Lab. Thanks much
