Make lioneye's fall drop more commonly in next league or enable it from the quest.

It's a very mandatory bow gem for pretty much any bow build unless the tree/meta is changed next league.
Any bow build can use the access to leech from the claw nodes and other cool stuff i guess (left side of the tree lacking bow nodes).

Atm i've got only one to drop in hundreds of hours; sold it for 1.6ex, but i've heard it reached like 500c or more at one point, it's very punishing for a jewel that is pretty much a requirement at this point.
