Blood Aqueduct Portal goes to Highgate instead of City of Sarn

Hey so I dunno if anyone has mentioned this yet, but usually the first zone of each act, opening a portal goes to the previous act town. In Act 9 Blood Aqueduct that doesn't happen: As soon as you enter the zone you can open a portal and skill the zone completely.



Pretty sure it's not intentional?
