The Pantheon System Xbox One? Help

Only for Xbox One Players.

I can't find the Pantheon system in the game, i am lvl 85 now and completed all acts and are going tier 10 maps and i still can't find out how to get in to that system.

I know it will start in act 5.

But is it in the Xbox One Version of the game? If yes then tell me what buttons on the controller to press to get that screen up so i can see the Pantheon hud.

Have i missed somethink?

It does exist on Xbox. You don't get your first Pantheon power until act 6 though (when you kill Tukohama). If you talk to Sin in town do you have the option to open Pantheon?
