Act 7 quest Web of Secrets / Essence of the Artist

Died on Maligaro while in a party after using the map to open portals to Maligaro's sanctum. Now i have no map, quest is stuck in ''travel to Maligaro's sanctum'' state and the map doesn't drop from the original spot. Relogged 3 times and still nothing.

just happened to me was playing with a friend he got the map key and I died by the boss after he died says I did the quest but still need the black venom. relogged multiple times in the last 20 minutes no fix how do I progress in the story now?

The map item should still be in the map device that you used to travel to his sanctum. Can you check if it's there. | |
