Got questions about Wings of Entropy

Hello there everybody, I hope you're having a nice day.
I came looking for answers to my questions, mainly about this weapon, so, why hestitate?
Spoiler
(Yeah, I'm struggling to fuse those)

1: If I bought a Two-handed weapon "skin" would it affect to both hands separatedly? Just one hand and leave the other as it is? Or will my weapon would definetly look like a two handed weapon?

2: I did already read that it won't work with skills like Heavy Strike, that need a Two-Handed Weapon, but will it work with both hands when using a skill as Cleave?
(Same goes for supports, for example, Cast on Melee Kill)

3: Of course I do aswell need some opinions on what I'm going to build, THIS is my initial idea, should i get more block chance instead of health, maybe?. (In case it doesn't work here's another link)

And well, I think that's all, I'm sorry if my english bothered you, but please understand it's not my native language.

Thanks in advance!

For the first question, I just went in game and tested it for you. Looks like you can, but it'll only affect the main hand and leaves the off hand as the default axe. I assume Skin Transfers work the same.

You can use Heavy Strike with it, it just alternated between axes per strike. Cleave is a better choice between the two skills, in my opinion.

Your build is way too dps focused. With barely any health, you won't survive much even with all that leech. Grab less damage nodes, and go for more health. You could probably just look at some builds in the Duelist Build Section of the forum, and learn what you need from there.
Thank you very much, you were really helpful.

Then I will do as you say, leaving some dmg ones behind as I level up.

If anybody else wants to give their opinion on passives, you're free to.

I'm heading for something like dmg, armour, leech and life.
Alternate passive tree with 165% life. Don't forget that the rate of standard life leech is capped at a percentage of maximum life - improving your max life also improves your sustain. So with a slayer at 5K life (absolute minimum I could recommend in melee) and 43% cap this is still ~2.1K per second, fairly easy to reach even in single target.

W.r.t. armour and evasion, the numbers look more impressive than actual performance: the most dangerous regular stuff will still be elemental damage. Also, I would actually consider removing Iron reflexes for a small evasion buffer.
