[3.0] Cyclone Hyaron's Fury

It seams that I'm addicted to creating new builds in PoE.
That combined with the fact that I had a month free from work resulted in 8 characters this league.
It's my pleasure to share them with you.
Also a disclaimer, I'm not saying that these builds are only done by me, only that I have created them by myself and are my take on the skill presented.
As always I enjoy improving my builds, so if you have any suggestions or questions please write them down bellow.

This build is a Raider named Blood_Wolf_ focusing on dealing flat lightning damage with cyclone.
Main uniques are

a lot of flat damage and increased lightning damage per frenzy charge.
and

perviously used 5l
but since tempest went down with the price I checked it and the dps increased greatly.
This build can do maps up to tier 15 fairy easily.
I did not try it on guardians and shaper but I am afraid it can be to easily one-shoted.
It's my 4th build this league.

And the simple skill tree

First get Avatar of the Slaughter, frenzy charges are our mine source of damage.
Next go for Avatar of the Veil, elemental ailments immunity is simply amazing.

Soul of Arakaali with reduced damage over time, avoid lightning damage, reduced shock and all other upgrades is the best.
For the minor i went with Soul of Ralakesh.
Because we deal only small hits, reflect isn't as scary.

We can use Elemental Focus because the harbinger already shocks enemies every few seconds.

Amazing combination with blind for bosses, helps with not getting hit at all during fights with attack base bosses and their adds.
