Rumi's Concoction -still worth it?
see title - is this hard mistreated flask still worth it ?

It depends how much block you currently have.
At base block, 15% while dual wielding or 20-30% with a shield the value of a Rumi's is debatable. If you have 55% block chance (especially as gladiator with the free spell block) a perfectly rolled Rumi's is an amazing flask that dramatically reduces incoming damage. This is because it is reducing the amount of hits you are taking by nearly 50%, instead of 45 attacks out of every 100 hitting you, only 25 will. You won't get anywhere near that kind of defense out of any other flask. The real pickle is that Rumi's and Lion's Roar are both Granite Flasks which promotes using one or the other. If you really want an of Iron Skin flask, get that roll on a Basalt, Silver, or Quicksilver flask. |
