Crafting Jewelled Foil

I just alt spammed Tyrannical on a Jewelled Foil with no other affixes, and I was wondering what to do next. From what I understand, the best thing to do is regal right away, hope for a good prefix, and then multi-mod. Is that correct? There's no reason to use an Augment, is there?

Hoiw many alt needed was thinking about craft one of this weapon too .

I didn't really count, I'd just spam about 50 alts at a time while I was waiting for other things. Probably about 300 in total.

Look up the suffixes.

Out of 23 suffixes only 3 are good for anything, crit, critmulti, attspeed, which you can vagan craft anyway, so pointless to use an augmentation on it.

(and you most likely want the attspeed and the critmulti from him)

I think you should just regal it as it is.

Not sure about multimodding, probably you want to calculate the pDPS you would get out of it with vagan flat phys and vagan attspeed, and then look up how much are similar ones go for.

White jeweled foil 32-60 phys 1.6 attspeed.

Tyrannical roll 155-169% + quality 20% so 175-189%, let's use the average, so 182%
Vagan flat phys 11-14 to 18-22, lets use the average there so 12.5 to 20
Vagan attspeed 12-15%, the average is 13.5%

pDps if you multimod it, with not having any other prefix.

(32+12.5+60+20)/2 * 2.82 * (1.6*1.135) = 317.5 pDPS (this is the absolute average tho, you could get it up to 340 if all the mods are the highest ones possible, still very unlikely)

317+ pDPS jewelled foils in harbinger with critmulti start at 100c (that is particularly a 336 pDPS one), so not sure if it is worth it or not.

So unless you hit a good prefix or a really good attspeed or critmulti on it with the regal, then I would not multimod it, at this point you might just augment it and remove suffixes with the metamod if you roll some shit and you managed to get some godlike prefix, whatever, crafting is hard.

Also disclaimer, since I never succeeded at crafting anything.

If it took 300 alts to roll T2 %phys (which was lucky to begin with), then probably would take at least as much regals to roll some other good prefix...

Better luck next time, it is okey to do it for fun, just don't overdo it, as it can drain your currency tab really hard, for suboptimal results.
