Bugged soul of lord of the ashen arrow

I've encontered a bug after slaying the boss of ashen wood map and giving Sin vessel with soul. On my pantheon page soul of Abberatth was upgared, but game didn't update my achievement list. Not only that, the description of this map on atlas still says that i need to capture boss to upgrade pantheon.
