Zana didnt open portal for daily mission

Same thing happened to me in a map.Zana didnt open any portals.
Map is t4 waste pool.Map had chill ground, increased monster critical strike/multy, onslaught, extra light dmg, monster skills chain, reduced flask charges.  |

just comming here to verify i had the same problem at the start of the leugue. havnt had it more then 1s tho, and didnt feel like reporting it.

I had the same just now : ref number : 3,292,839,962
Before opening the map in which zana spawned it did not open at first click, so had to reopen. Guess it is the same issue with instances not spawning. | |

the problem however when this happened to my daily there is no way to reopen it, she just stands there looking stupid
