A optional level sync
Do you think having a optional level sync like gw2 in POE would be good.

It would make the gains 90-100 pretty trivial. We would all be level 100 and there would be no bonus associated with being higher level. It would remove the "soft cap" and make 100 assured.
See, the game isn't designed around you being level 100. It's a bonus if you get there. Make the progress to 100 easier and the game would have to be designed assuming you were level 100. |

" Agreed. I used to question why the hell level 90 to 100 progression was this steep but now I understand and have adjusted my thinking and aim for level 90 in challenge leagues as that is the generally viewed upon "soft cap" and any level higher than 90 is an added bonus. Shift your mindset to playing a build to level 90 and not 100 and you will be a happier player. "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration. The perfect solution to fix Trade Chat: www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2247070 |

Could you maybe flesh out your suggestion a bit more?
Some things you could clarify are;
I'm interested in what problems you think the game has which this would solve. Personally I think it would do more harm than good. Guild Wars 2 did this and it made me less interested in visiting most zones, because in my mind that's part of how you progress - but in GW2 it didn't matter. It didn't mean anything. They made you level up and stripped you of the reward for doing so. It's worth noting that Path of Exile already affords the player a lot of agency over the difficulty of the content they'll face, and the rewards scale accordingly. You can run a white map for minimal loot, or a map with 8+ mods and greater rewards, Another example is the Labyrinth - with the optional boss Argus, and two gimmicks you can deny Izaro or allow him to obtain for extra keys. I see a lot of problems and I'm not sure what the goal of the implementation would be. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."
