#2,782,100,643 - Zana Does Not Spawn Portals

Bog Map, RF Zerker character, clicked Zana and immediately clicked away as I normally do to skip the dialogue.
Then she spawns no portals. As you can see in the below screenshot, the mission is still listed as active unlike "mission failed" if you happen to run out of portals.  Jul 27, 2011 - Sept 30, 2018. Last bumped on Aug 11, 2017, 3:45:14 PM

This has happened to be in several different maps. Right now in a Beach map.
Zana dailies works fine. |

Just happened to me in Racecourse as well, first time I had this mission with the unique so it's pretty annoying it bugged out. My daily mission today worked just fine.
