Is there a puzzle in Ossuary?

Not sure about this as it was described to me by wife: during her traverse thru Ossuary she had a "massive" loot drop from an NPC she had to battle - "Maiden of....something"
Wife is OCD about clicking/exploring everything and may have easily clicked/opened in a manner to have triggered some encounter. I went back and traversed it myself, and notice similar tile sets to those you see in Lab, on the floor close to some of the sealed remains:    Tried opening all the sealed remains with no unusual results, but haven't the time now to really try "solving" the puzzle, if there is one. It is also something that may only happen the first time thru the Ossuary, cause I had played beta, and didn't "explore" or pay attention as I had previously been thru this content. [act 10 ossuary] I know this is quite late, but I'd like to know the same. I was walking through and noticed torches lighting up as i walked by them. There were quite a few throughout the map... I was hoping something might happen if i lit them all up but nothing.. Still curious if there might be some special event in there... (other than the trial of ascendency.)

Almost impossible to prove the negative, but I wouldn't expect there to be one.

If nothing is reported till now, chances are rather slim or it is very complex.

I've run the Ossuary on a couple dozen builds and haven't seen/found any puzzles.
