2 Unique mobs for challenge are bugged

Hollowskull in Southern Forest act 6 simply doesn't complete on kill ref#2,545,438,312

The Matriarch in Oriath Square isn't available after killing Innocence, after 5 runs can't find her spawn in the Burning Square.

I'm having the same issue with both of these.

With Hollowskull, I was getting a message prior that said there was trouble connecting to the achievement server, so I assumed that was the cause. I've killed him a few times now with no luck.

As for the Matriarch, it could logically be intentional, although I think that'd be a bit underhanded considering that there hasn't been a (or few) precedent for this kind of missable challenge. It'd be nice if Matriarch would spawn again in the same or different zone.

It'd be nice not to have to roll a separate character or try to hunt down people who haven't completed that zone yet.

I'm still having issues with hollow but managed to get to oriath square by having a guild mate pop a tp there whilst leveling. Shame though

I'd love to have a way to get to the Matriarch later on, as there really is no warning the square would become inaccessible. A portal from a friend won't work for SSF, or would it?

GGG fix Matriarch please, I can't complete challenge.
