Stuck in Act 9

I'm currently stuck in Act 9. I died right as I killed the last boss in Act 8 then it ported me out and said Talk to Lilly but when I released it sent me back to the area where the boss fight took place. Maybe add a portal in the area for after the fight that goes to Lilly?

I'm stuck in the exact same spot. Died as I killed the boss and now I'm stuck.

Had the same problem, although adding a portal to the area with Lilly from the last boss room after it dies would solve the problem, until it is addressed in some way if this happens to you just ctrl-click the entrance to the rotting core and start a new instance. You will be required to kill the mini bosses and the final boss again but it prevents you from being unable to progress.
