Unable to Reach Lily to Act 10 - Death Bug

I was at the last part of Act 9 killing the Depraved Trinity. I died during the fight, but my flame golems continued to kill the boss. I was teleported(still dead) to where Lily and Weylam are on the map, when I respawned my checkpoint is at an empty boss fight room. My quest log says Recurring Nightmare: Talk to Lily, when I tp back to down it says Recurring Nightmare: Meet Sin at the Black Core. I walked back to sin but he only says Goodbye. I can't proceed throughout the storyline.

Update: Tried to get a different instance to restart the quest, no luck.
I had to tag along someone else doing the same quest to get the teleport to Lily.

Same issue, I died during the fight and another party member killed the trinity while I was out.

Edit : Actually the Act 10 waypoint was unlocked so I used it and talked to Lilly there.

About the same here, defeating the boss made my computer crash, and i can't talk to Lilly and no loot of the final boss.

I died just just prior to the Depraved Trinity dying and saw the screen fill and go to the screen with Lilly but I was dead and when I revived I was stuck in the empty room. I restarted and the quest couldn't be completed any longer but Act 10 is now available.

Is there any way to get the quest completed?

What does your quest tracker say to do?

Same exact thing happened to me, all I did was die right when he died, the screen changed over to where Lilly is and when I resurrected I was back in the ring.

When you kill an act boss, the next waypoint is unlocked. Use it.
