Act 9 last boss bug

I did die just befoare boss did die and now im still on the old room but did see the new phasing.. just cant enter there. I have achivment for that kill and need to advance to act 10 but cant.... I did try to reset instance and didnt help and also relog waited untill the area resest but the quest is still the same and cant do it....
