Resolution Downscaling for 144fps

While this is a very neat feature that maintains a steady FPS, there's one thing I was extremely disappointed by: It caps out at 60fps. Personally, my monitor caps out at 144hz and runs at 1440p. I know I'm in a small minority of people with such high fps and resolution, but I was really hoping that downscaling would work with whatever refresh rate that the user can run. If it's as simple as unlocking the slider bar to go further up or a config file adjustment, the other 12 people and I that run above 60fps would greatly appreciate it. Even with all of the performance enhancements and a 1080ti, this game simply does not always maintain 144fps without downscaling and dropping frames is really jarring, even if it doesn't dip below 60fps.

" PoE is working now on 60fps max? (im still downloading) Did you checked refresh monitor? 3d vision turned off? ps, my frustra if that is true: If its only 60fps than its 2nd biggest fail right after new sound engine (I have absolute pitch and sounds after Prophecy patch along with sound sync with video is nightmare - happy you who can not hear that). That's not what I said/meant. I mean the dynamic downscaling feature cannot be adjusted to downscale at anything above 60FPS. If I wanted it to downscale when I hit 100FPS (Down from 144) I cannot do that. PoE still runs at any FPS.
