Flameblast?

Hello. As an a huge fan of flameblast, im really curious about that dmg incr. Is it a huge buff,or I missed something important in this patch notes? Your thoughts?

Seems like the only relevant news are that FB wouldn't do obscene ignites anymore.

so,mentalist fb going down , and only option for fb is inquis with crits since they buffed spell dmg of fb ,right?
