Last week we posted a thread asking for feedback about our upcoming Two-Week Event. We were really pleased by the amount of feedback we received and noted that the prevailing message was that players wanted a non-voided event. So, we've created an event that players haven't run before and will allow you to use your microtransactions and keep your items and characters once the events are over!

We also received a lot of feedback asking for many mods at once, and requesting the return of some popular past mods. We've combined all of this feedback into one event that we hope you'll enjoy!



The Two-Week Turmoil Events will run from Jul 14, 2017 5:00 PM (EDT) (This is displayed in your local time) until two weeks later. There are three variations of this event available, Standard, Hardcore and Hardcore Solo-Self Found*. These variations share a prize pool of microtransactions and Beta Keys.

The Turmoil event structure is similar to Mayhem in that we have selected mods to swap every hour and each area will contain an augmented number (five) of their mods. For example, when Rogue Exiles are in rotation, you will find five exiles per instance. There will only be one mod active at a time, with five of the type of thing inhabiting that area at once.



The mods that will be available for an hour at a time are: Rogue Exiles, Tormented Spirits, Invaders**, Strongboxes, Breaches, Perandus Chests (five chests per area with a 33% chance to spawn Cadiro), a 20% chance to spawn Beyond demons, Nemesis with 5 additional Rare monster packs and Bloodlines with 6 additional Magic monster packs. The type of thing inhabiting the area is the same for all players in that type of area, and changes every hour (like how Tempest works).

* We apologise to all players who are interested in playing a Standard Solo Self-Found version of this event. We are still unable to run more than three events in parallel due to technical limitations and because Solo-Self Found mode is considered an added challenge, we felt that this would be best paired with Hardcore mode in order to create an extra challenging version of the event.
** Note that for Invaders we've disabled the Bladeback Guardian Porcupine Goliath.



The prize pool will be shared by all three versions of the event. There are Classic Mystery Boxes, Beta Keys, Alternate Art Demigod's Dominances, and microtransactions up for grabs!



The daily mystery box and Beta Key giveaways will be given out during the work-day New Zealand time from Monday-Thursday. This means we'll give out all the prizes that were won over the weekend on Mondays (NZT). The remaining microtransaction prizes will be awarded at the end of the event.

The top player of each of the Ascendancy Classes by experience will receive an Alternate Art Demigod's Dominance (Unique Golden Mantle). The Demigod's prizepool is not shared between events. Each event will have its own Demigod's Dominance rewards.
