ayuda tarjeta grafica amd radeon

hola amigos no se si estoy en el lugar correcto pero al entrar al juego en la parte donde se elije la tarjeta grafica solo me aparece la integrada de intel pero no me deja o no me muestra la dedicada amd radeon r5 m330 ya intente desactivando la integrada pero el juego no me abre y tira error en unas dll porfavor alguna solucion ya que en algunos lugares el juego se pone lagg

Es más probable que el Lag te ocurra por culpa de que tu procesador no sea lo suficiente para correr el juego de forma fluida todo el tiempo, Para lograr un mejor rendimiento podes intentar hacer esto Click derecho > Selecciona propiedades en tu acceso directo de path of exile y añade la linea --experimental-frame-optimizations en el final del nombre del ejecutable y si te animas y tenes un mayor conocimiento (que no recomiendo) podes intentar seguir esta solución https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/430435/

It is much more likely that lag happens to you because of your processor is not enough to run the game smoothly all the time. For get a better performance you can try this solution. right click > select properties on your path of exile desktop shortcut and add the line --experimental-frame-optimizations at the end the executable name. he no creo que sea el procesador tengo un i7 con 4 GB de ram, de hecho me corre juegos como los assassins creed o los ultimos nfs, y lo de ese comando donde se agrega, se pega junto a los "" o espacio o se pega desde --, y para que sirve
