Determining Max Stat Possible to Roll on Items.

How do you figure this out usually?
Is this by ilvl or is there a chart somewhere. I tried the prefix-suffix link but doesn't really help. Here's an item I'm trying to figure out if I should divine or not. Notice the HP. I just don't know how to determine the ranges. Any help would be appreciated. |

If you can use the wiki to determine what affix you have on the item then you can see min/max.

None that I'm aware of. I've seen plenty of people able to look at an item and tell you what you have, but I've always just assumed they geeked out by comparing the stats/numbers to the list and figuring it out the hard way. If they were using a tool, they never felt compelled to share the tool info in any of the other threads I've seen about this kind of thing.

I had a quick look, but not 100% sure until I run tests. (according to the chart and trial/error)
