Poor Man's Vaal Spark >10ex budget

This is my first guide and i'd like to say on the start that i am not really good in english. When i saw, VS i fell in love with it, even when it took massive nerf, Inquisitor definitely made it viable. After i saw people are using HH and Skyforth to make it T15-T16 Viable i decided to make my own build that doesn't require Skyforth or HH for T15+ clear.. My budget for this build is less then 10ex.
 IGN: Its_Not_Funny_Anymore This character can easily clear T15 or even T16 maps on it's own. Vaal spark takes care of everything, but i recommend running Shaped strand, atoll, mud geyser, etc if you want to maximize your XP/hr. Videos are probably coming soon, so you can see it doesn't have any problem with clearing higher level content, but if you want to squeeze most out of this build, play with Aura necromancer, definitely a great boost, doubles my VS dps. I know it's really hard to level up CI char from scratch, so we must sacrifice a lot during leveling process, because it's almost impossible to level up as CI, or can be a bit sketchy when leveling as hybrid character.

You should be on cruel lake. Add 1 more Sacrifical Harvest, if it feels slow, add last one. Leveling from now on should be really easy, when you get your Vaal Spark chaining.

At this point, you are at Merciless Lake i guess. Respec is needed to switch to CI + Ghost Reaver + Vaal Pact. With proper gear, and gem setup you'll faceroll Merciless Lake. So Jewel Socket under Melding, place Intuitive Leap here, take OverCharged and Charge on kill, this will grant us 10% all charge generation + take Melding for more ES boost. Now to Inspired Learning. It's not necessary, but i've done some testing and when you get your VS going, it's definitely better then few damage nodes. We'll take Blast Radius, even when we won't benefit from it and take Alchemist, which buff our Vinktar's and Kiara's Determination. Now we just need to take Last Notable, which is Power Charge. First, thanks for the build.
I also wanted to try a Vaal Sparker because everyone is saying its probably the fastest map clearer. Im just trying this build myself. After that, I have the feeling my Flame Golem Necromancer clears maps faster with just shield charging through packs without the need to cast anything and the golems just destroy anything while moving on. Is it because it's a budget version? What will make it faster with expensive gear? If its only Skyforth or Headhunter it will never be faster than my golems because I can never afford it ^^ |

It would help if you made your character tab public..
And no you don't need skyforths/HH to make an extremely fast vaal sparker. A properly geared one will clear far, far faster than a golem necro. |

hi i was just wondering what the uses of the two blasphemy gems were they arent even linked to auras/curses? portal crit strikes and blasphemy? why??? what is the point in this
