[Not a bug]Blood magic not triggering scolds anymore?

Broken. Regular mana works fine. Skills Supported with Blood Magic no longer triggers damage to self damage wearing scolds.

Bump for this issue also occuring with me, and nothing having been written in the patch notes.

This should ideally have been in patch notes, but appears to have been missed. The Mod on Scolds has changed to care about the amount of Mana spent, not the Mana Cost of the skill. This will mean it doesn't work unless you actually spend mana.

i leveled 41 levels on legacy and a friend contacted me to tell me my build will not work anymore, thanks ggg.

I’m guessing this is because people were complaining that it only worked when you triggered a channeling skill, and not when spending mana to continue channeling.
