Is this build for you?

1. If you are looking for an actual viable Zombie build!

2. A build that is not only viable in both hardcore & sofcore, but also Atziri & Uber Izaro as well as Uber Atziri in the higher budget versions.

3. High eHP with really good clearing speed that is neither SRS or Spectre.

4. Stupidly cheap build with lots of potential for upgrades without a thousand regret orbs.

5. A build that has different available ways to be played.

6. If you prefer a build guide that has a video linked to it.

Build Enabling Items:

The build uses only a few uniques to help either offensive or the defensive approach, may it be the Aurumvorax for the massive resistance gain or Bones of Ullr for that extra zombie or spectre gain.
When you can later you'll want to equip the Mon'tregul's Grasp as well as The Baron!

If you chose to run the "boss-killer" setup which literally is based around "suiciding" your zombies, you're gonna want an Elder helmet to use your spectres in it.

However, the only mandatory unique to make this build work like a charm is the shield: Victario's Charity together with the passive tree keystone: Necromantic Aegis.

Defence & Utility

You'll have really high eHP with the strength focus the build uses together with The Baron!

I recommend using an Enfeeble curse not only for the defensive gain but also because of how effecient it is to "control" the zombies as explained in the video guide!

Pantheon Choices:

Pantheon List

Major God:

- Soul of Lunaris
Basically just helps with avoiding some projectile damage

Minor God:

- Soul of Ryslatha
Basically just an additional layer of defence when you're on low life.

Skill-gems & Setups:


Zombies:

Hit setup:
- Raise Zombie, Minion Damage, Melee Splash, Melee Physical, Multistrike, Empower (lvl 3+)
If you don't have Empower lvl 3 or higher, simply use Added Fire.

Suicide Setup:
- Raise Zombie, Minion Damage, Minion Life, Void Manipulation, Concentrated Effect, Empower (lvl 3+)
If you don't have Empower lvl 3 or higher, simply use Rapid Decay.

Spectres:

- Raise Spectre, Minion Damage, Spell Echo, Greater Multiple Projectiles

If you're using an Elder helmet with Minion damage you can switch it out for Elemental Focus or Controlled Destruction
The spectres you'll be using are called Solar Guard and can be found in these areas:
[58] The Battlefront
[59] The Solaris Temple Level 1
[59] The Solaris Temple Level 2
[60] Harbour Bridge

Utility:

- Shield Charge, Faster Attacks, Fortify
- Flesh Offering, Vaal Haste, Increased Duration

Aura:

- Generosity, Hatred
- Clarity LvL 1
- Haste OR any of the Purities

Stand alone sockets:

- Stone Golem
- Desecrate
- Convocation
- Enfeeble

Optional:

- Ball Lightning with or without Curse on Hit + a curse
This is to proc EE and is completely optional.

Something to consider is this:
If you decide to use the "Suicide" zombies you will simply be resummoning zombies over & over which literally counts as "killing" the oldest zombie which will leave a Caustic Cloud this dmg is a chaos dot which is based of the HP of your zombies and then further scaled with minion dmg + support gems the zombies have. This makes you want to consider adding a Spell Totem + Wither setup to further increase the damage done by this. Whilst having spectres helping you with the clearing of maps.

Skill-tree & Ascendancy Nodes:

Ascendancy Nodes:
Firstly you'll want to get yourself Invoker and right after you'll want the Flesh Binder node. After this you're gonna want to take the Soul Weaver node to further increase the efficiency of your spectres.

The last node is a matter of taste, you either take Mistress of Sacrifice or the Puppet Master node.


Leveling skill-tree, 28 points
(Only respec out of the duration nodes when you stop using SRS)

Leveling Tips:

Magma Orb till you can equip yourself with SRS + Melee Splash + Minion DMG. They will carry you till you feel comfortable using Victario's Charity and can then add zombies to your offensive arsenal.

As soon as you can equip The Baron you should as it will carry you with SRS till you feel comfortable using Zombies later on with Vics charity & Necromantic Aegis.

Bandits:

- Kill them all.

Gearing & Stat Priorities

What base items to use:

The base items of this build really doesn't matter as we don't care about the base defensive stats such as armour(str), evasion(dex) or energy shield(int). So instead the base items will follow the stat priority listed in this guide.
However, the attribute requirement of the items will base how hard it is to chrome (color) which will be the only thing we will think about when planing our gearing.
So, if you need 4 blue sockets in an item the recommendation is to get an item that has Energy Shield (int) base or a hybrid base which includes Energy Shield (int).

By using this chrome calculating website: https://siveran.github.io/calc.html you can easily track how hard it will be to chrome the colors you need. Offensive Stats:

1. Minion Damage
2. Minion Life
3. Life


Jewels:

Start by applying 2x Violent Dead Jewels!
If you get 2 of them, you have to invest 2 extra skillpoints north of witch starter to put that in there!

If you plan on using suicidal zombie approach then skip the Violent Dead jewels and instead get rare jewels with both Minion DMG as well as Minion Life!

2x Seething Divine Life Flasks <w/e sufix>
1x Ample Eternal Life Flask of Staunching

Any updates for 2.6?

I was able to get United in Dream, and you mention in the video using generosity in it. However, I was just wondering what other 2 gems you would suggest putting in, and also how that might affect the links in the other pieces of gear.
