Question - Cast while Channelling Support gem

Hi, guys.
I dont understand how Cast while Channelling Support gem works. I have 6S5L The Whispering Ice and Arc and I want for casting Icestorm when i use Arc. When I put Arc in linked socket in stuff - I cant use Arc also Icestorm. When I put Arc in unliked socket it's usable but Icestorm don't cast anywhere. And in Support Gem Feedback I dont find any thread about this support gem. Plz help Last bumped on May 26, 2017, 8:09:17 PM

arc is not a channeling skill... u need a gem spell that says channeling then u can use it to cast whatever is linked to it

Arc is not a channeling skill. You would have to use a skill like Scorching Ray, Blight, Incinerate, or even Flameblast, which are channeled skill, to have Icestorm be casted from that support gem.

Ohh and for whispering ice, you need to make sure cast when channel is linked to the channel skill for it to work
