UI not showing while breach is open

My UI just disappears when i open a breach and it's gone for as long as breach is open,as soon as it closes it's back to normal,i saw other people having similar problem and missing UI as well,hope you guys fix this fast!

Oh and also,i am running game on steam

I have the same issue as Bakica. Seems to be a lot of problems relating to the new patch(s) and, Windows 7 compatibility; which I'm running. The bug is exactly as described, I open a breach and, everything disappears, except for the actual game screen. All UI is gone, until the breach closes.

I'm running DirectX 9 Ex, with all settings on low; unfortunately it's the only way I can play. I've tested all three DirectX versions and, this one works the best for me. So switching to another version isn't much of an option at this point. Never experienced anything like this until after today's patches.

The only thing different for me, is that I'm not running the steam client.

Yep i am running on DirectX9 Ex as well i think and my configurations are on lowest as well,it could be that that's the reason why it happens,and it all started after the 2.5.2 patch

Yea same bug I experience. since the last patch, anytime open a breach the UI got hidden (life, flasks, mana, skills, map corner, item drop) but controll are working and able to kill monsters, but you can't see your HP basically this is issue. Running DX9ex.

But if change to DX11 the problem seems to be resolved. But other problem is reduced FPS since my PC is not a powerhouse.

Logged in for the first time in a few weeks and this is happening to me as well.

What info does GGG need for this and how do I get it?

As far i as i know,i switched to DX11 and it's working pretty well,i actually must say that they managed to make DX11 on medium Texture qualities and Low Graphics quality to work pretty damn good,so i would recommend most of you to switch to that as well if your pc can handle,otherwise i don't know what to tell you,i am not sure if the UI bug is still appearing
