No Ascendancy and Divine Font Doesn't Work

Edit: Fixed it by having to do the labyrinth again.
Reference Number: 2,697,267,603. I used the Altar of Ascendancy and it completed the quest but I didn't get any points and couldn't use the divine font to enchant my gloves. Click the Altar of Ascendancy and take a screen cap.

Well that would require me redoing the Labyrinth but trust me, I hit ascend plenty of times. That's why I have the quest completed; the main problem is that I didn't get the points.

I think you're going to have to redo the labyrinth to the get points regardless.
