I have an Astramantis amulet that is 14 dex/ 83 dex. Which orb should I use to change its mods - blessed or divine? I am not sure which will affect the 83 dex which I want to try and get closer to 100.

A Divine Orb will re-roll the 83 to all attributes mod. Hopefully just one will do it. Good luck!

Astramentis has All Attributes as both the implicit (the stat above the line), and as an affix (below the line). Both can be re-rolled. To re-roll the implicit, use Blessed orbs. To re-roll the affixes, use divine orbs.
