Level 23 Purity auras w/ 60% Aura Effectiveness

Using Sovereignty aura cluster (16%), Influence aura cluster (20%), Leadership aura cluster (12%), Charisma aura cluster (6%), Devotion (3%), and Conqueror's Potency Jewel (3%) for a total of 60% aura effectiveness.

With a level 23 Purity of Ice/Fire/Lightning one would get an extra 5% to their max resistances. This value is then further increased by the player's aura effectiveness nodes. In this case, I have accumulated exactly 60% and therefore I should have another 3% to my resists on top of the base. However, in my tooltip, I am shown with one less max resist.

I have 60% aura efficiency on the tree as well as the 1% lightning res node. I have 83% lightning res

When equipping Conqueror's Potency I am granted the correct 84% lightning res, as shown here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=832759587
