Presence of Chayula

I have recently swapped out my Eye of Chayula for the blessed version, Presence of Chayula, and noticed the blessed version providing lesser life.

About 130+ hp missing compared to using Eye of Chayula.

Both amulets have +all stats implicit with Presence of Chayula having +16 all stat while Eye of Chayula is +13.

Is this a bug or is there a different way of calculation between 20% reduced maximum life and converting it to energy shield?

Yes

20% reduced maximum life stacks additive with other increased and reduced maximum life bonuses, as is always the case for increased and reduced

20% conversion essentially works off base value, which is practically multiplicative; it's like saying 20% "less" maximum Life in this context
