Blade Vortex 'more' damage bonus allows poison to double dip for a gamebreaking amount of damage

Deserves a bump, only thread I've seen on this.
As a more detailed report: Blade Vortex has a modifier of 30% more damage per stack. However, the 30% damage per stack is a generic modifier, meaning it works on ignite, Decay, and poison as well as the initial hit. This means at 20 stacks of Blade Vortex, you have a 600% more modifier that double dips, affecting both the initial hit as well as any degen effects caused by the hit. This leads to an absurd level of damage being dealt. This doesn't seem intended in the slightest. No other skill gives this much double dipping poison damage. It seems like the mod was meant for initial hit damage but they used a mod that was just a generic. Current IGN: twitchtvTheuberelite http://twitch.tv/theuberelite - I stream sometimes. " well, basically all devs they interviewed (chris, carl and jonathan) stated that they only look at reddit and streamers for overpowered shit, bugs and possible exploits. the poe forum is more of a individual experience for users getting help from other users and ggg support adding mtx tabs on request and the obligatory response to mail them with account issues. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill! What the heck - for three weeks Poison BV does a billion damage and gives anyone who plays it an edge that is bigger than the moon ? How is last league's most used skill reballanced to trivialize the game ( even "more" ) to a kindergarten game while the rest of builds has to work hard.
This annoys me more than the permanent crashes with Breaches overloading the server - three weeks and reaches still have can not die auras. Dont you see builds killing shaper in a second in your stats - dont you see Breaches killing servers ? The new way someone has to play the game to not be at an huge disadvantage is to check for the next thing the Ballance / QA team has overlooked... " ggg often talks about their telemetry service collecting data on servers and from clients. i often assumed it also collects essential data points like overal damage output of a player per second. it obviously doesn't. don't know the reasons why they chose to be not aware of such essential things... age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
