Prophecy Weapon Effect Artifacts

Bug reference number: 3.373.609.997

Using the prophecy weapon effect leads to graphic glitches in some zones. Happened in a couple of act 3 and act 4 zones. I used a 2h mace.

Edit: Not limited to weapon effect, but also apparently happens randomly in some zones, e.g. the mines and crystal veins.

Edit: Seems like indoor areas are more heavily affected.

Graphic settings are:

Windowed FS
Shadows: Low
AA: Off
Texture Quality: Medium
Texture Filtering: Trilinear
PP: Off
Multithreding: On
DX 11 Beta
