CoC ice spear (noob alert)

Hey guys. With new league starting in 5 days i was thinking about new build and i came up with this.

Two uniqes this build will use are Pledge of Hands for lvl 30 spell echo and Voidbringer for increased crit strike chance. The build is using Chaos Inoculation but eventually ill switch to Shavronne's Wrappings respect points and go for Pain Attunement. The question is.....is this playable or is this trash build and i should try something else? Thanks for answers :). Cast on Crit can only be triggered by an Attack, not a Spell. You can't have Ice Spear Trigger it. That also means Spell Echo is useless on it.
