Game window stuck under taskbar in windowed mode.

I've been playing the game with a custom resolution in windowed mode forever now. Since this latest patch, every time I try to move the game window or resize, the entire window jumps down below my taskbar and is stuck there until I relaunch the game.

Unlocking or hiding the taskbar doesn't work, the game can't be moved from this position.

So I was just messing around with UI settings and turning off 'Confine Mouse To Window' temporarily fixed the issue. Hard to play windowed without this option selected.

Confirm. I have the same issue with the same results.

you are actually unable to use the expand, minimize or close buttons either. Any attempt to move the window forces it below the bottom of my screen out of active resolution.

No solution? I have the same problem. Fix this please, wtf.

It amazes me how this problem still persists in 2023. POE keeps forcing the taskbar. I have to set my taskbar to auto hide.
