Sextant questions. Maps have 20% quality.

If i have a sextant mod with: "maps have 20% quality" is any chisels added to the map wasted? Can i get 40% quality if i use chisels? Does this mod stack with chisel orbs?

Maps will have exactly 20% quality, regardless of what the map item had before. Any chiseled or pre-existing quality will be wasted.

" They should probably include a line that says: "Does not stack with chisel orbs" then. I was just about to chisel my map. Thanks for the info. |

It's "20% quality", not "20% increased quality". Besides which, increases are usually applied to item quantity, since that's the only thing map quality affects anyway.
