Question about Grip of the Council + Animate Guardian
" would this effect work if the Animated Guardian uses the gloves instead of yourself? It doesn't explicitly state "minions you control" but just "Minions gain". I'm going to say no based on the fact that you're not wearing the gloves and that the gloves don't specify nearby minions meaning that it's not an aura effect.

Technically, the effect would work, but Animated Guardian has no minions so it wouldn't do anything.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
