Which gears?

HI, I recently started a new character for the essence league.
Level 62 Marauder (Chieftain).
Been playing the game for ages but have never got to grips with the best gears to have.
I use 2x 1h and my main is Molten Strike with Blood rage, my alt is leap slam. I use stone golem and herald of ash.
I use the neversink filter but am still aware that I'm not too clued up on knowing the best gears to look out for. Obviously something with armour, life, phys damage and life regen seems best for me but is there a thread/url that lists the best gears to look out for - specifically for my type of setup.
Would be eternally grateful for any insight.
