AMD Drivers stopped working

Hey, I've got AMD GPU R7 260x with the latest drivers and have no problems outside of poe.
Basically game randomly crashes, screen turns black for a few seconds and windows communicates me graphic drivers stopped working and has recovered. I tried to uninstall drivers using DDU and clean install, to no avail. Second, smaller problem is fps spikes; my fps counter seems to keep jumping from 160 to 100 wherever I am. Any suggestions? can't say anything about the driver crashes.
regarding fps: you're using a freeSync able monitor? if yes, just enable that tech in the driver settings as it's the most reliable way to get a smooth gameplay when using amd cards. if you're not using freeSync, try enabling vsync, that will reduce the gpu's output to the fixed framerate of your monitor. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
