Desecrate resistance?

Hello.

I am totally color blind, and have a difficult time seeing the desecrate ground. Especially, while in battle, I just don't notice the icon that appears in the upper left of the screen.

Several deaths have occurred, and losing 10% exp that way, is annoying.

I find items with cannot be frozen, but is there something like cannot be desectrated?

or you could get chaos resistance, which you probably need anyway to protect against other chaos dmg dealers if desecrate is killing you.

Chaos resistance coupled with life regen makes it pretty much a non factor. Maybe try using a stone golem on desecrate maps.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try the Steppan Eard suggested by ChristinaAnn, as well as more life regen for good measure.

desecrated ground can hardly do lethal damage, unless you afk:). Perhaps you mean caustic clouds some monsters release on death (or ie Dunes map boss on his leap slam), these can be rather fast when the chaos res is negative. Knowing what monsters can do that helps avoiding trouble

Some people not understand how PoE appears to color blind people. I do have a severe form of color blindness, called monochromatism, where everything I see is a shade of grey. I have had this all my life.

I offer this brief example for enlightenment from my PoE experiences.

Enemies and their attack, auras, curses, from what I have read, have different colors to give you clues, before they attack. For me, this gives me no information, and sometimes my character dies.

The Loot Filter was a god send, as now, I can reliable find Chromatic items, as well as items for the Chance, Choas, and Regel recipes.

My loot filter shades would probably cause you all to close your eyes, but I use drastically light and dark for the borders, backgroud, and text, as well as the size.

Over the years, I have adapted and found ways to make PoE more playable, for me.
