What does this Glove enchant do?

It's a small Cleave-like AoE. Pretty easy to see if you default attack some dudes ;)

Whenever you get a new glove enchant, you can put it on, press C, and scroll to the far right of the skill icons and press the Ascendancy icon to find out

So does this do 24k Dps alone for my build? It seems like its AOE and my build scales AOE big times (Slayer)

Well, technically, but I think it has the same cooldown as other edicts/commandments/etc., so technically... no.
