Commandment of Inferno On Kill (Uber Enchant)

Terrible and useless. Beyond terrible and useless, actually. Do you guys even play-test this stuff?

It is an AoE fire spell. You are using it on a physical bow Frenzy character.

Try using it on a character that has bonus fire, spell, elemental or AoE damage, and you will see that it is only terrible and useless, not beyond terrible and useless.

it doesnt matter what i am. everything is dead before the fireball even drops. and the internal cooldown is like 5 seconds or more.. and the aoe is like rf on concentrated effect.
