Impossible to enter The Upper Prison in normal with Prophecy...

I have the Thaumaturgical History I prophecy that says: "You will read Shavronne's journal in The Upper Prison". Since 2 days, whenever I try to enter the door of The Upper Prison in normal, I get this:

Tested a few hours ago and it was still impossible. I'm stuck with this Prophecy I can't complete, can you please remove it without me needing to spend the 5 silver?
