Champion - Worthy Foe, a multiplier?

The Champion have an acendency note named Worthy Foe which does:

Enemies you Taunt take 20% increased Damage
Enemies you Taunt deal 10% less Damage against other targets.

My question is, if this 20% increased damage is a multiplier or not?

Normally with "increased" its not a multiplier, but when it is named "more" it is a multiplier.

Since the text on Vulnerability is also named "increased" but is a multiplier taken, I am abit confused.

your thoughs?

it increases damage taken monster side and stacks (just like any other "increased" modifier) with other similar mods like increased damage taken from Shock, Taryns Shiver mod, etc

if you have no other source of increased damage taken on enemies then yes, it works like a standalone multiplier

Increased and Reduced are always additive values - this also includes Vulnerability. The keyword you're looking for is 'Taken':

Damage passives grant Increased Damage.
Vulnerability grants Increased Damage Taken.
Fortify grants Reduced Damage Taken.

Worthy Foe also grants Increased Damage Taken, and thus stacks additively with Vuln and Fort, but 'multiplicatively' with Increased Damage (dealt).
