CWDT and pathfinder

what will happen when combine scolds self hit and pathfinder "you poison on hit"?
will you inflict self poison to yourself that way?

Sounds like it would indeed poison yourself, yes.

I haven't tested in game but I would assume you wouldn't poison yourself.

iirc, the damage from Scold's is essentially reflect damage and so it can't do stuff like stun, blind, leech etc.

I think a good clue that it wont work is how scold's combos with cloak of flame. Some of the phys will be taken as fire damage due to cloak. However, you wont be able to ignite yourself simply by having some chance to ignite, you need a mokou's embrace to ignite yourself.

Also, I don't believe Shaper of Desolation causes you to ignite, shock and chill yourself with a scold's equipped.

All speculation though. I don't have an ascended Pathfinder to test unfortunately.

The hit is originated from scolds, youre not scolds so the hit, that isnt yours, cant poison.
