Anyone knows if cooldown timers are legal in PoE?

Hmmm I just wonder why are they not legal?
I mean: · you can still see cooldowns under a mini icon on the top left · you could have a watch in your left hand and count the seconds · it doesn't automate any human action · its just a visual thing ... why games like WoW allow it then? Last edited by Rohak#2089 on Apr 16, 2016, 3:23:58 PM

They are not legal because GGG says so. Like you said, you can just look at the screen or use a stopwatch. Modifying the display will get you sent to bantown.
