Dictator's Harbinger question

Heya all,

I have recently rolled Dictator's on a Harbinger and it rolled with dexterity in the mix.The weapon is still magic and I wanted to know what I need to do with it from this point?.

U have 2 choices there.

1st, just start rerolling with alts again.

2nd, regal and hope for another great prefix. If it hits t1-2 % or t1 flat u can than remove dex with meta mod prefixes cannot be changed and craft the rest with elreon mod. This will cost u extra ex.

Chose what suits u best.

Since you seem knowledgeable - if I use the Haku metamod to scour a rare item with two prefixes and a suffix, leaving only the two prefixes, wouldn't the item go back to magic (which wouldn't allow me to multimod)? Genuinely interested.

As I'm also trying to craft a very good Harbinger I'm selling bows which got one very good roll (like Tyrannical/Merciless) but which can't be crafted into a 375+ pDPS bow due to other affixes being unfavorable for cheap and try again with another bow, people are still willing to pay 50 Chaos or a bit more for a modest 325 pDPS bow.

No it will stay rare. This way u can even make 1 mod rares, if u wish.

Also if u regal 1 mod magic, it will become 2 mod rare.
