Should be mentioned that you can't trust the tooltip APS. The theoretical "breakpoints" are APS by multiples of 4, but the actual APS you're doing differs between the various movement skills. I've spent far too much time testing this across skills.
The best way to optimize CWDT procs is to divide max BV stacks by BV duration. The result gives you procs/sec (the max being 4). Measure what you have now and tweak from there. If you exceed whatever the next breakpoint is, your DPS starts to drops. CWDT doesn't track damage taken during cooldowns. If you see skipping triggers, you know you've got too much APS. Edit: Although, I suspect there are some client/server factors involved as well. On certain setups my triggers start skipping and game lags after 10+ secs of non-stop spamming in hideout. If we get high armor or taste of hate or a basalt flask does that reduce the damage we take from Scold's Bridle?
